Metallic Oval Domed Badges 1" x 3" (25 mm x 76 mm) maximum dimensions with your logo or image and self-adhesive backing.
Our new TruMetallic™ substrates, just like white materials, are printable in full photographic color at very high resolution. The TruMetallic™ effect is achieved using an actual metalized substrate, the visual impact of which cannot be reproduced by imitation. Metallic oval equipment tags are digitally imprinted with your image or logo in full color at no additional cost, then 3D domed [explain] with a crystal clear 3D protective bubble. The self-healing clear dome encapsulates your logo or image and protects it from scratch and wear while adding an exceptionally eye-catching 3D effect. Metallic oval domed tag can greatly enhance the appearance of any equipment casing while promoting your brand and product.

Specially formulated quality doming material is resistant to trapping air pockets within the dome, which is characteristic with many ordinary doming materials while curing. Our custom metallic badges will perfectly fit most equipment and device cases with both flat and slightly curved surfaces. Simply remove the self-adhesive metallic equipment tag from the backing sheet and apply to the casing instantly. Strong and durable adhesive ensures that your oval metallic equipment tags stay attached for the life of the equipment.
Your oval metallic domed badges can be manufactured in very small or very large quantities with no set-up fees, no extra color fees and no hidden charges.

Our minimum order requirement is just 10 oval metallic equipment tags for each unique design. We offer quantity discounts for larger volumes as shown in the "Quantity Discounts" table above. Volume discounts are calculated and applied automatically to each unique oval metallic equipment tag design placed in your shopping cart.

Artwork Image Specifications: (See detailed Artwork Guidelines)
Your custom image or logo file can be attached to the order at the time of adding the product to your shopping cart. Please try to attach an image with the dimensions that match your product size and resolution of at least 300dpi (minimum), 600dpi (better), or 1200dpi (best) for bitmap formats such as JPG, TIF, BMP, or PNG. You may also upload a resolution independent vector artwork file such as EPS, or AI.

To attach your file, click "Browse" button above and select the artwork file you intend to upload, locate the image file on your hard drive and click "Open". As you add the product to your shopping cart your artwork image will automatically upload and its file name will appear next to the product in your shopping cart. If you are unsure about the quality of your image or logo artwork do not worry - we check every image for quality in order to insure great final results. We will let you know if there is a problem with your artwork. As a general rule please use the best quality artwork that is available to you or follow our Artwork Guidelines.
