Orders delivered within the state of Kentucky will be charged 6% sales tax.


Estimated turnaround time and time in transit

All order processing or turnaround times quoted on this website are estimates and are not promised or guaranteed in any way. Estimated or quoted turnaround cut-off time is 2pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2pm will have a turnaround time counted starting the following day. E.g. orders placed before 2pm, with turnaround time quoted as 1 business day, will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, with turnaround time quoted as 1 business day, will ship on the day after next business day. Only way to guarantee a turnaround time and a ship date for a specific date, is to pre-approve it with Techiant LLC in advance, in writing only via email. Most guaranteed turnaround time orders need to be rushed at an extra cost. Turnaround time does not include a job layout proofing time, in cases when proofing is necessary. Estimated turnaround time does not include time in transit. Time in transit is in addition to the turnaround time and depends on the shipping method selected, as well as the shipping carrier. Any delays related to shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier and Techiant LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier, weather, or other events outside of our control. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded in the case of shipping delays. If Techiant LLC is able to obtain a refund from the carrier for any eligible guaranteed services, only then will Techiant LLC will be able to issue a refund for the shipping cost to the customer. Due to a numerous exceptions imposed by USPS, and the general complications related to obtaining refunds from the United States Postal Service, orders sent via USPS are not guaranteed for timely delivery, and therefore shipping cannot be refunded, even if the USPS states to provides guaranteed delivery for specific shipping method purchased.


Rush processing

Techiant LLC offers rush processing to its customers as a premium service, for occasions when the product is needed urgently and the order cannot be fulfilled on-time using normal processing time. Typical cost of rush service is 30% of the sub-total of the goods ordered with a $50 minimum rush fee but it may vary. Rush fee can be higher for same day turnarounds or orders requiring a special handling. All rush orders must be pre-approved and quoted by Techiant LLC prior to ordering or processing an order. Rush fee does not include shipping cost. Purchasing of the UPS "Next Day Air", or the "Next Day Air Early AM" shipping method is a requirement in conjunction with a rushed order.  We will make every effort to ship rush orders within the promised time-frame. However, the only remedy to failing to process and ship rushed orders by the promised deadline is a refund of a rush fee. Under no circumstances we are able to refund the shipping cost or the cost paid for the product excluding the rush fee.


United States Shipping

Techiant LLC ships to all physical USA addresses except Alaska and Hawaii by UPS. USPS shipping is offered to all USA addresses.


Post Office Box, Alaska and Hawaii Shipments

Techiant LLC ships to Post Office Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii by US Priority Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days.


Free Standard Shipping offer

Free standard shipping is offered from time to time and the offer can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Free Standard Shipping transit times are estimates only and are in addition to order processing time. Techiant LLC has no control over USPS shipping speed. Orders shipped using our Free Standard Shipping offer are received by the majority of our customers within 2-7 business days within the United States, and 7-10 business days Internationally, however, transit times can be longer and when selecting Free Standard Shipping option customers should be prepared to wait for up-to 30 days before USPS can start investigation of any undelivered packages. Please be aware that tracking may not be available with free standard shipping. Standard shipping does not have insurance - lost or damaged packages may be buyers responsibility. If your order is time and value critical, please select one of the paid shipping methods offered instead.


International Shipping

Techiant LLC will ship internationally under the following conditions:

Techiant LLC reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Orders with Free Shipping option chosen by the customer are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery time according to US Postal Office is estimated at 7-10 days. Although most parcels can arrive within this time frame, there may be delays due to the factors outside of our control, including but not limited by high volume of mail, increased security concerns, and time it takes for the package to clear the customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Techiant LLC has no control over the US Postal Office delivery delays and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. Please be aware that tracking may not be available with free standard shipping. Standard shipping does not have insurance - lost or damaged packages may be buyers responsibility. If your order is time and value critical, please select one of the paid shipping methods offered instead.


Whenever tracking information is available via USPS shipping, please note that international shipments cannot be tracked real time or at all via USPS, once the package leaves United States. The package may appear to be "stuck" at the departure port (e.g. Chicago, Cincinnati, Jamaica NY, etc.). This simply means that the package has left the United States and it is in transit to the destination country. While most packages get to their destination within 7-21 days, it sometimes can take weeks to clear the destination countries customs and is out of our control. Any tracking inquiries by international customers should be directed to the country's customs and local postal service for that country where your tracking number is also a customs reference number. Please note that Techiant LLC have no capability to communicate with the foreign country's customs or the foreign postal service. Any such inquiries should be made by the customer. For time-critical and fully trackable and insured service we strongly advise our customers to purchase and use delivery services we offer via UPS instead.


If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we can start an investigation with US Post Office that will send a status request to the destination country's postal service. Under US Postal regulations, this is the earliest we can ask for such inquiry. It can take an additional 30 days for the Post Office to investigate. Most USPS shipped packages, including ones shipped with free shipping offer, are not insured and therefore if the package is lost it is a responsibility of the customer to bare the cost of lost or damaged packages. For insured packages that can be claimed for loss and damage we strongly advise our customers to purchase and use delivery services we offer via UPS instead. 


Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to a duty tax and VAT. The regulations concerning whether or not your order qualifies for customs duty tax and VAT vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. Payment of any, and all duty tax and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.


Packaging
Techiant LLC takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival.


Sending a Gift
If you would like your order to be sent as a gift, please provide the full name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping address. Please indicate that the order is a gift in the order comments at the checkout.
Techiant LLC  is happy to include a message with your order - please let us know what you would like the message to say. We will e-mail you a confirmation but will not mail a receipt to you.  The receipt will be available to you online for printing on your desktop printer. At this time Techiant LLC  does not provide a gift-wrapping service.


Returns, Damaged and Missing Packages

Techiant LLC takes pride in the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your custom-made products, please let us know through Contact Us page. We will take every reasonable step to resolve any quality issues.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, or if the delivered package contents are damaged or incomplete please notify us by using Contact US page within 7 business days of receiving the goods, or if lost, within 14 business days of the shipping date (shipping confirmation is sent to you by Email when the goods are dispatched) and no later than 30 days of order date. We will correct a problem and send you a replacement at our discretion.

Inferior quality artwork: We can not guarantee the quality of the custom made products in the event when a poor quality artwork is supplied by the customer. Therefore artwork guidelines are provided on our site and if unsure you should Email us your artwork before placing your order and we will check it for quality.


Unless otherwise specified our products are not intended for outdoor use and not guaranteed if used in harsh environments, in contact with any corrosive, or solvent materials.


Techiant LLC will accept returns of non-customized, off-the-shelf items for a refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. Techiant LLC  will not accept returns for custom-made items. Any returns must be approved by Techiant LLC  in advance, and the customer must obtain a Returns Authorization number (RA#) before shipping the order back to us. Please use the Contact Us page on this site to notify us of your intent to return your order, as well as to obtain a Returns Authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive undamaged and in salable condition. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. Techiant LLC will not refund shipping under any circumstances. Returns sent without a Returns Authorization number may be refused, or subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

We encourage our customers to test our labels for suitability for their application first before committing to orders with significant volumes. We offer free sample packs shipped free of charge for application testing as well as low minimums for our production items.  Techiant LLC cannot accept returns of products that were found unsuitable for a particular application. All products displayed and ordered on this website, unless noted "off-the-shelf product", are custom manufactured and therefor the orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the production has been started.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments up-to a certain amount. You may need to allow a UPS representative access, to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If the customer request that we use the US postal service and declines insurance, any adjustment for damage will be between the customer and the post office.


Canceling Orders
Most of the orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Therefore once your order is received it may go into production very quickly and in many cases immediately. Orders received by business close on Friday, over the weekend, or holidays will in many cases go into production the next business day. If you have decided you did not want what you have ordered, it is very important that you notify us immediately through our Contact Us page. Please note however that an order cancellation is not guaranteed as the production may have already been started. Any custom orders requiring artwork proof cannot be cancelled after the proof has been approved by the customer since such orders go into production immediately. Non-custom, or off-the-shelf products that have already been shipped by the time of an order cancellation request can be returned under the conditions stated above, but
Techiant LLC  will not refund the shipping costs.
