Rush Service

Rush service may be available in conjunction with the product(s) you have ordered with us. Rush service provides an expedited processing of your order and usually aims to ship the order within 1 business day.

Rush service is only available by prior arrangement, therefore please contact us at: 859.908.0118 before opting for this service and to determine the rush service level and the cost. Rush service level is determined by us on case-by-case basis and takes into consideration the size of your order, type of the product(s) ordered, and our current workload.

Shipping time is in addition to the rush production time and is determined by the shipping option you have selected.

With rush service we will make every effort possible to complete and ship your order within promised time. In case we fail to process your order within promised time frame our maximum liability for missing the promised deadline is the rush service charge. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
